Without a doubt this new location is the worst possible location you could have placed it in Greece. Traffic is horrendous, access is just as bad. . I will definitely be reviewing my membership with this in mind.

I, for one, do not think I will be appreciative of this move. Where you are now is a fairly easy location to get in and out of but I'm not sure about the new one. The thing I REALLY don't appreciate is ordering Trip Tiks 7-10 days in advance of my trip! We have grown accostomed to coming in, discussing and receiving them 'on demand'! Then, you want to CHARGE for mailing them to us! Of course, the Pittsford/Penfield folks still have the convenience of this. This is NOT a happy, or satisfied, customer!

I do not have a problem with the new location, in fact it is closer to my house. What I do have a problem with is having to order my triptiks 7 to 10 days in advance. I very often change my travel plans at the last minute which is why I wait until a day or two before my trips to come in and get my maps. One major contributing factor to that is when I travel to Florida in the winter. The weather dictates whether I go down the east or the west side of the state. Certainly the weather can change drastically in 7 to 10 days making my triptix invalid with no time for me to get another one unless I drive all the way out to Penfield or Pittsford. Why can't you just bring the printer you used at the former location to the new one? Doesn't make sense to me that Pittsford in Penfield can still get on-demand triptiks. I'm not at all happy about this.

Will the new location have an electric car charging station? If not, why not?

I was very pleased with the location. What you are planning is a waste to my membership dues. I was perfectly happy with the current greece location. it fit all of my needs. The travel trip tik 7 - 10 days is not customer oriented and is a bad idea. Please ask for feedback from customers before you make a move like this. Unfortualeely too late now.

Sorry to hear that your local members had little to no input in the relocation process it seems that its hurting the AAA image.

Shame that you can no longer get on demand travel trip tik. Why does Greece lose out.? Guess we don't matter anymore. As for the location it will be harder with all the traffic.

Though the new office is much closer to my home, getting there is MUCH more difficult given the traffic volume on 104 and the median. I visited the current location several days ago and discovered there are no longer insurance agents available to meet with EXISTING customers. The downsizing of staff is obvious upon entry. During nearly a 2 hour visit that ended WITHOUT resolving my questions or obtaining a new insurance quote, I noted only three other people seeking services! I've written a letter directly to David Hodge regarding the obstacles AAA members now face in Greece. I'm getting insurance quotes elsewhere and am likely to abandon my 40+ year AAA membership, because it feels like AAA has abandoned me :(
How can AAA be depended upon for emergency road service if you no longer service existing customers' needs (like TripTiks, insurance quotes, etc.) in a TIMELY manner? I'm sure the eastside offices are managed differently.

Ridiculous that our high membership fees will not allow us to get on demand Trip Tiks at the new Greece location! Of course the Eastside AAA will be able to. I usually stop in a day or two before my trip and get one but want current traffic and construction info. 7-10 days can change a lot of things. Please don’t respond with repeating what I wrote. Instead READ all of these member comments saying the same thing and rectify this problem. If not, then Westside members need a rate reduction seeing as we are not getting the same service as the Eastside office. You are providing poor member service!

The new location is in a very high traffic location and is only accessible from traveling east on W. Ridge Road. Also, it is not connected to any other entrance or exit roads such as Long Pond. I hope this move saves you a lot of money because it does not make it more convenient to just stop in nor is it to the benefit of members.

Also, being located in a plaza there are walk-ins that become future customers/members.

not happy about the new location and also there will be no more Trip Paks readily available..more and more there is less customer service satisfaction.hopefully you will return to a better location and have the Trip Paks readily available again

Not thrilled with your move for a couple of reasons. Don't like the location and definitely NOT liking the fact that you won't print out TripTiks here after the move. Wondering if it's worth my continuing to be a member of AAA?! The old location was convenient and I could expect my TripTiks when I left. Not sure who's idea this all was but it wasn't the customers.

I must agree with all the other complaints I've seen about the new location. Now: less parking, more traffic, difficult access. You just remodeled the old office a couple years ago; now this? Poorly thought-out.

Extremely disappointed that the new Greece Location will not be able to print Trip Tiks on demand any more. We always get our Trip Tiks several days before leaving on a trip. New State of the Art store does not provide any value to its customers if it can't print on demand.

Been a member for 40+ years. Very disappointed I can no longer get Trip Tiks at new Greece office. We sometimes travel last minute. Services should be the same at all offices if we pay the same membership fee. Also, new location is not easily accessible. Perhaps you should consult your members affected before making changes like this. Not sure I will be renewing.

I cant believe that AAA moved to that horrible location. Very dangerous location to enter and exit . Only way to enter is going east on ridge rd and then try to get out into the horrific traffic. Not a great move. And I agree with everyone else that why should Greece area change the trip tik because we live on west side not pricey penfield area. Not happy with this. Hopefully we get a reduction of our membership as we do NOT get the same benefits as the east side. I have been a member for 37 years.

Very poor choice. Present location has customers coming to your neighbors (Lowes, Maines, China Buffet, etc). on same trip.

Like all the other comments already made, I agree that you made a poor choice in your selection for the new Greece office. I suspect it was because you were offered a cheaper rent since the location is in a mini-plaza with limited access, parking, and overall size. In addition, you made a choice to provide less on-site services at the same membership cost to members on the west side of Rochester. Do not be surprised when these same members make a choice to not renew their membership in AAA.

Just another dissatisfied member. Bad move down Ridge Rd W. Too much traffic & very limited access. And no printed trip tiks? I left AAA before because of bad service, 2nd time around it is no better
