AAA Western and Central New York is holding a career fair for candidates interested in joining AAA as full-time roadside assistance drivers, contact center associates and Driver Training associates. Those interested can stop by for an on-the-spot interview and are encouraged to apply online prior to attending the career fair for a speedier process.

Roadside Assistance Drivers:

•    Locates members and assesses the safety of the scene on arrival to ensure that the vehicle is in a safe location.
•    Greets members and takes action, as necessary, to deal with their emotional state in addition to handling the technical aspects of the situation.
•    Tow disabled vehicles to repair facilities or other member requested destinations, provide boost, jump starts, flat tire replacement, and vehicle entry.

Contact Center Associates:

•    Provide engaging and friendly telephone service.
•    Understand AAA products and services to ensure quality service delivery to members/customers.
•    Actively sell AAA membership and/or products and services.

Driver Training:

•    AAA is looking for defensive driving course instructors and in-car driving instructors.
