AAA.com Registration will not accept my membership number or zip code

Effective March 12, 2018: a more secure login process requires you to create a password. Have your membership number available this one time in order to create a password.

Membership Number Input

  • Be sure to enter the 16 digit membership number which starts with 620084 with no spaces or dashes.
  • If you have recently changed your membership number with AAA, use the newest active membership number assigned. Inactive membership numbers are not accepted.

Zip Code Input

  • Input the 5-digit zip code that AAA's system would have on record for you. This is typically the primary address for all on your AAA Membership.
  • If you have recently moved it is possible AAA does not have your new address yet. Try the old zip code first. After you log in, Primary account holders can change the address on file in My Account.
