Karen Schulze, who began at AAA Western and Central New York in May 2018 in the Member Contact Center, has transitioned into an insurance sales representative for the organization. Karen is licensed in property and casualty, as well as life insurance. Her 30-year background in retail and her AAA experience will guide her in her new role. Karen is a native and resident of Amherst and says her heart was always in Buffalo, and she’s glad to be back.

Niurka Roa comes to AAA WCNY as an insurance sales representative at the Amherst branch with years of sales experience. She fell in love with the insurance industry several years ago and is licensed in property and casualty. Originally from the Dominican Republic, Niurka lived in NYC her whole life and has traveled to every state except Alaska! Now residing in North Buffalo with her daughter, she’s happy to be working at AAA.

Roman Diamond has joined AAA WCNY as an insurance sales representative at the DeWitt branch. Licensed in property and casualty, Roman has a retail sales background and a political science degree from SUNY Oswego. Roman serves on the Town Council for Lysander and is a native of Baldwinsville, where he resides with his wife. He’s excited to join AAA.
