Jason Eastman has been named Manager of Learning and Development for AAA Western and Central New York. 

In his new role at AAA WCNY, Jason will manage all aspects of Learning and Development and will create and expand a leadership program focused on career path succession. He will also play a key role in training associates and enhancing curriculum across operating areas. 

“I look forward to working with the entire team at AAA Western and Central New York,” Jason said. ”I’m excited to build a cohesive system and focus on process improvement with an emphasis on coaching and fostering each associate.” 

Jason earned his bachelor’s degree from Buffalo State College with a focus on education, and received his MBA from St. Bonaventure University in management and marketing.

Jason has extensive experience in corporate learning and performance consulting, most recently working at BlueCross BlueShield before joining AAA. Jason also enjoys teaching classes at Roberts Wesleyan College. 

A Buffalo native, Jason now resides in Lancaster with his wife and twin boys, who keep the couple very busy! A self-proclaimed technology nerd, Jason also enjoys golf, sports, and cheering on the Bills and the Sabres.
