Charles Brundza has been named Assistant Manager of CNY Fleet Operations for AAA Western and Central New York. 

Charles comes to AAA WCNY with 20 years of transportation and fleet management. He has extensive experience with fleet compliance, training associates and safety standards. He was even a Connecticut State Trooper! As assistant manager of CNY Fleet Operations, Charles will oversee AAA WCNY’s emergency roadside assistance fleet and contractors, ensuring quality service to all members in the Central New York region. 

“I’m excited about the opportunity to support the fleet drivers and fleet operations,” said Charles. “I strongly believe I’m here to support and assist the people in management and the team we oversee. As a manager, I believe in leading from the front and leading by example.” 

Charles has an associate’s degree in business and has continued his education through countless training and leadership courses through Cornell University, Tompkins Cortland Community College and others.

A native of Endicott, Charles now lives in Berkshire with his wife and two boys. He enjoys hunting and fishing and is a high school football official in his spare time.
