Disney vacation packages (room, theme park passes and/or meal plan) are usually released for booking by Disney the June prior to the year of travel. So if you're looking for a February 2022 vacation the earliest you can book would be June 2021. If you're looking for a room reservation only, those are usually open 499 days in advance.
